Emergency Response
In addition to our backup of your server, our technicians will also ensure that any issues that arise on your network during the storm are addressed. As a Managed Service customer, you will receive the following Guardian Protection.
- We will assign a specific technician to monitor your network during the storm
- You will receive alerts of any problems that arise during the storm, with an explanation of our plan for resolution
- Remote troubleshooting of issues that can be resolved during the storm
- Rapid emergency response as soon as the storm passes
